12. Registration, Student Success Report and Technical Support
In order to earn prizes, schools, After-School Programs, and Kids' Clubs, need to properly identified their student participants. The online registration process is easy and friendly!
All students must be authorized to use clevercrazes.com by an adult (Teacher, After-School Program or Kids' Club Coordinator).
Registration should be completed online at www.clevercrazes.com. Click the link on the Home Page that says Register/Login. Follow the instructions to register students and your school or your After-School Program or Club. Be sure to associate each student you register with your school, After-School Program or Kids' Club so that your school, program or club doesn't miss out on the chance to earn prizes.
Don't have time to register your entire class? We will be happy to register your entire classroom if you supply us with the following information:
- Excel Spreadsheet of all your students' first names (In the event you have students with the same first name, give us the initial of their last names.)
- Students Grade Level
- Indicate whether Female/Male
Send your Excel file and contact information to support@clevercrazes.com. OR you could upload your students' list during the Registration process.
The registering Teacher, After-School Program or Kids' Club Coordinator must provide the official name, address and phone number of the school, After-School Program or Kids' Club on the registration form then follow the instructions to register kids. Only qualifying After-School Programs, or Kids' Clubs (please see Official Rules) are eligible to win a prize.
Once you complete your registration, you will be sent an email to verify your registration and confirm the username, password and PIN you provided during registration. You will need to provide the students with the username and password ONLY in order for their participation to be counted to earn prizes. To make it easy for you, all kids will have the same username, and password.
Once a student logs in she/he will see a list of student names where the student will scroll down the list (divided per grade) until she/he sees name and clicks on it to select it. A PIN number will be required to modify account information. Please, do not provide the PIN number to students.
